Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
On placing your order we aim to deliver product within 10 - 14 days, dependant of stock availability. We will call within two days of order placement to confirm availability and arrange a suitable day for delivery.

Rose Landscapes offer a free local delivery service to the Peterborough and surrounding areas on orders over £50. Your delivery will arrive to you on a crane vehicle which will lift your goods from the lorry and drop into your driveway or garden (where possible) – this is only for Peterborough and the surrounding areas. (please see map)

For all deliveries that fall out of our free of charge area - Delivery costs are added to your basket when proceeding to check out and may vary depending on location. Typical delivery costs will range from £30 – £100, depending on distance and will be a kerbside delivery by a tail lift vehicle. This vehicle will lower the product to the ground using an electric lift. The pallet of products is then taken from the lift using a manual pallet truck. It is important that the ground that the pallet is unloaded onto is flat and solid. Access may be needed for a rigid lorry (up to 20ft) otherwise additional delivery charges may be made. You will be responsible for moving all goods onto your property from the drop off point by the delivery driver. The driver will not be responsible for helping you move your goods into your property. CLICK & COLLECT
If you would prefer to collect your item(s), they can be ordered online or over the phone and collected from our landscaping centre on Padholme Road East, Peterborough. Some items may take longer to prepare for collection than others, so we will telephone you within two days of order placement to confirm availability and arrange a suitable day for your collection.

If you require an item urgently, you may want to call before ordering to make sure that the item is currently in stock and available for collection. We can also provide lead times on some items if they need to be sourced from manufacturers. Feel free to give us a call on 01733 207857 if you have any questions.

RETURNS & NATURAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
If the goods we deliver are defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we require notification of the problem within 14 days of the delivery of the goods in question. Please do not discard the items, as we will want to inspect and in many cases collect it.

Please ensure that the item you are purchasing online is the correct item required. We have an indoor showroom with most products on display – please do come into store and check the colour, size and texture prior to purchasing if you are unsure. Goods to be returned will be only accepted if in the original packing, in resalable condition and any product load is on a pallet as delivered.

Cancellations must be made before two working days prior to the delivery date.

Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation.

Please note that due to the characteristics of natural materials, any form of sandstone, slate or granite will differ in appearance and texture to that of our displays and images on the website. This is unavoidable and is due to the time, location and natural process in which the stone has been formed.

Please bear this in mind when selecting any Natural Stone Product.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Whilst we will always make every effort to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day in question. Please do not book builders or hire equipment for the day of delivery in case of any events resulting in the scheduled delivery being delayed.

Delivery will normally be less than 14 days. Rose Landscapes will contact you by email or directly by phone within two working days of your order to suggest a delivery date. If the date provided is unsuitable please get in touch and we will re-arrange the delivery date.

Please note that Delivery times apply to items in stock. If any items are out of stock we will contact you and either organise a refund or give you an estimated time of availability.
